My approach is both practical and holistic. I meet each client where they are while also challenging them to grow.
Through honest conversation, strategic reflection, and accountability, I help clients overcome limiting patterns, expand their leadership capacity, and become more intentional, effective, and sustainable.
For over two decades, I’ve worked with executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, lawyers, pilots, and other high-performing professionals across industries including aviation, banking, healthcare, education, and entertainment — helping leaders communicate clearly, perform under pressure, and lead with greater effectiveness, resilience, and authenticity.
In addition to private coaching, I also work with leadership teams and organizations to strengthen communication, resilience, and leadership effectiveness in high-performance environments.

I offer individual and team coaching engagements designed to support leaders navigating growth, increased responsibility, transition, complexity, and high-performance environments.
Each engagement is tailored to the unique goals, challenges, and leadership context involved — strengthening leadership capacity, strategic thinking, communication, resilience, and long-term effectiveness.
My role is both supportive and challenging — creating space for honest reflection, clear decision-making, accountability, and sustainable growth over time.
Depending on the needs of the individual or organization, engagements may also incorporate leadership retreats, offsites, experiential challenges, or customized development experiences designed to accelerate growth, strengthen resilience, and deepen leadership capacity.
