2026 Leadership Wilderness Expedition

September 3 to 9, 2026

Step out of your normal environment and gain perspective.

This experience is for men in leadership — including executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners — who want to challenge themselves, spend meaningful time in nature, and connect with a small group of like-minded men.

Through hiking, shared experience, conversation, and time away from the noise of daily life, the expedition is designed to create space for greater clarity, resilience, connection, and perspective.

This expedition is intentionally limited to a small group of men to create a more meaningful, supportive, and connected experience.

Group size is typically limited to 5–7 participants.

“I recently attended one of William’s Leadership Backpacking Adventures during an important period of transition in my life. I joined the experience seeking greater clarity around my vocation, how I wanted to lead, and who I was being called to become. It was evident from the quality of the experience and the intention behind it that William put his heart and soul into creating something meaningful and deeply impactful.

I came away with a stronger sense of trust in myself, greater clarity around what I want to be in service to, and meaningful connections with the other men on the trip.”

“One of the most valuable lessons I learned through my experience with William was that true growth requires stepping outside familiar environments and ways of thinking.

Real learning is experiential. It involves the heart, mind, and body.”

“I did a multi-day wilderness adventure with William I would refer to as a survival trip in the Olympic Mountains outside of Seattle. We began the journey with cold rain coming down sideways and sustained winds through the night, unsure if the tents would hold until morning. The hike out was a 15-mile journey through a creek that had once been a trail — I never stepped on dry land for two straight days. The trip ended with a clear realization of the perfection of nature and an understanding that I had been separating myself from it.”
