Gratitude

Recent research on gratitude in the Journal of Positive Psychology suggests that practicing gratitude “may play a critical role in improving cardiovascular health outcomes. Gratitude not only enhances psychological, and physical well-being but may also alter biomarkers of risk for cardiovascular disease.” (Cousin et al, 2021)

For leaders and men in particular this is an important reminder to include spiritual practices in your overall leadership mindset and habits to remain healthy and sustainable.
