Why is it important to pursue consciousness, mindfulness and integrity as a man?
Much of what men have learned is conditioning–from previous generations, culture, family, and socio-economic patterns. You act in ways your father or grandfather acted at times, which could both serve and be not so mature at times.
To challenge and question how you show up as a man is not only about becoming a better more liberated person, it is to take up the sword and cut patterns, beliefs and tendencies that are no longer life serving. It is to liberate life well beyond your own lifetime.
This view puts personal growth in a much bigger context, one that is not only about us as individuals but about evolution itself. And this makes your life and experience as a man inherently purposeful and important regardless of your particular circumstance.
